Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, we'll charge your selected payment method the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in case of suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
Order confirmation via email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs upon shipment.
Shipping
GMP Vitamins ships nationally within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order fulfillment and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
All Sales Final - No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, duplicate orders, or adverse reactions.
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped product, please get in touch with us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may issue a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Limitation of Liability

Because dietary supplements are health and safety products, we're not able to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after they have been confirmed as delivered.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for any reason other than confirmed unauthorized use of your payment method may be disputed by GMP Vitamins.
