A Message About the Sales and Deals Section

We discount products for two reasons, and we want to be upfront about both:

Short-dated Items: Some products are discounted because they are approaching their expiration or best-by date. Typically, these products are 1 month away from expiration, but can be as far as 9 months out. These products are properly stored, safe to use, and are being offered at a reduced price to reflect their remaining shelf life. If a product has reached its expiration date, we'll cancel all orders for that product and issue refunds. We will also email or call you to explain the cancellation.

Slow-moving Inventory: Other items are discounted simply because they haven’t sold at their regular price. These products are not necessarily short-dated; we prefer to move them out rather than let them sit on the shelf.

All sales and clearance purchases are final. We don’t offer returns or refunds on discounted items unless the product arrives damaged.
